.00- when asked about the LGBT issues, says has to go back to the 50s when the Kinsey organisation said about 10% of people are gay, and how that would be around 23/24 thousand people in Wolverhampton. Talking a lot about politics and legislation. Amazement at civil partnerships and even the conversation around marriage equality. 9.10- The first gay pub was the silver web
.45- Even progressives were against LGBT people
.45- talks about clause 24 which I believe he actually means section 28- not being able to promote homosexuality
.30- talks about AIDS ?the gay plague? and how it later moved on thanks to people like Barbara Bush and Princess Diana
.30- talks about the Catholic Church and other places around the world (colonialism??)
.30- legislation is better, so it?s down to other LGBT people to encourage people to come out of the closet????. Especially difficult for older people
